NETWORK VERIFICATION
Live tunnel checks
Real OpenVPN authentication, DNS and HTTPS checks through isolated tunnels. Results show this test location’s experience; they cannot guarantee access from every country or network.

Scheduling & automatic protection
Checks run sequentially and can be delayed by account availability or queue size. Both transports must fail, recent client successes block a pause, and another endpoint in the country must remain available. Two successful runs recover worker-managed pauses. Authentication and test-infrastructure errors do not trigger a pause. Surfshark is excluded.

CONNECTION SUPPORT
Connection diagnostics
Follow each reported attempt, protocol fallback and verification stage. Search the diagnostic ID from a user’s “Report a problem” message. Detailed sessions require the updated app; legacy outcomes remain available.
